Good evening everyone,
I want to leave you all today with this saying; Be Fruitful. As a Mum, and a person I’ve often had times where I’ve felt drained from no sleep and exhausted from my everyday. It happens to us all. When the coffee doesn’t help, and my mind begins to wander, I remember to be fruitful.

Unfortunately there are so many ways we can damage our minds, bodies, and spirits. Sometimes without even trying or meaning to. Nonetheless, it is in our ability to reconcile our not so great choices, and build constant opportunity for getting ourselves back together, that we can actually get back up. Tonight I leave you with some helpful hints I’ve tried before, do now, and cannot wait to try, for the mind body soul and spirit, that have helped me and will help me become more fruitful over the years.

Ways to energize your body without straining :
- Drink lots of water🌟
- Rest regularly
- Tai chi
- Playing games outside with your family
- Climbing stairs like ROCKY 🌟( cue music lol )
Ways to energize your mind/ soul:
- Memorize things
- Do puzzles
- Stay hydrated
- Get some fresh air🌟
- Get some sun in moderation🌟
- Get some chocolate every so often especially dark chocolate🌟
- My favorite – laugh🌟☄️❤️
So to be fruitful: Live well, include chocolate in your diet every so often, dance, and laugh your doubts off! That’s my motto.
My wish for you tonight is for you to all find your way to be fruitful in your own life and begin after a good nights rest. See you tomorrow!
