Lent Day 3- Rebirth

Hi y’all,

If you’re in my time zone good evening ! Today I want us to end our first week of Lent with Rebirth. As a mother I know the journey of how beautiful, complicated, and amazing birth is, so why don’t we as an individual explore ways to make ourselves a new?

Early religions such as Hinduism, Jainism, and Buddhism believe after death, the soul transcends into another body and lives again. During Lent Christians celebrate Jesus’ sacrifice to save us from our sins, which was in his death. Christians also celebrate in this, his resurrection in which his soul lives on. So my point today is why wait until death to live?

So many of us live like zombies or live in our sulks so much, that we really aren’t living. I read something last night that said to just be grateful for what you have and what’s around you. Put away everything like cell phones and turn off the tv, and just live… in living we can be born again and live.

So this weekend do just that. Put away everything that keeps you away from you and your family, even if it’s your own thoughts, and just live…

I wish for us all to be reborn everyday to become better people.

I dedicate this post to my dad, happy early birthday you young man ! Enjoy tomorrow!

Much love,

Belle ❤️
