When thinking about what to post today, it was inevitable I write a piece about Nothingness. Nothingness is so important when being a parent and a person, as plans change, life is unpredictable, and sometimes we strive so much to be perfect, that we forget what it feels like to sit with a lit candle listening to instrumental music doing absolutely nothing. That’s what I like to do.. ☺️ Or maybe you’d better like just meditating, praying, sitting taking a break with a nice glass of something warm or cold and just not thinking or doing absolutely nothing.
Regeneration is forgotten especially when you’re a parent as there’s really no time to relax.. being a person that to can be the same. Especially with the holidays approaching, everyone is so worked up, and caught up that time just passes by and it’s not always well spent. Be thankful for having yourself today and take care of that person..
So today try for a few minutes to just enjoy nothingness. Don’t think just be. Listen don’t talk. Live don’t plan. Even for five minutes .. you’re loved ones need you and you need you…
I wish for you all today peace of spirit and at least five minutes of nothingness …
