Hi everyone,

As a parent one of the hardest things I find in recent times is what to cook for my family. All of us enjoy food but now we’re even more on the cautious side as our little one can eat what we eat… As adults can go on a cup of iced coffee or a handful of peanuts for breakfast, children need more balanced foods, so here are a few of my favorites that the whole family can enjoy. We are a family who eats breakfast for dinner sometimes so as long as your little one is content and eats, that’s all that matters. If you don’t have kids, these foods are still easy and yummy.


  1. Veggie omelette and avocados
  2. Tacos
  3. Grilled cheese and mixed veggies
  4. Grilled chicken salad with veggies or lettuce or both
  5. French toast with a side of fruit


  1. Apple tea
  2. homemade lemonade
  3. Warm cinnamon milk
  4. Water with real fruits in it
  5. Hot cocoa add stuff to it make it fun !!! I drink this until spring lol


  1. Oreo, pumpkin, or Strawberry cream pie
  2. Peanut butter cookies
  3. Apple pie
  4. Rice Krispie treats
  5. Your own Trail mix
